INSIGHT 04

MOBILE VISITORS MATTER TOO.

A page that looks spacious on a large monitor can feel crowded on a phone. Text may become difficult to read, buttons may sit too close together, and important details may take too much effort to find.

The insight

A mobile-friendly experience is not simply a smaller version of a desktop layout. It should help people read, navigate, and act comfortably on the device they are using. The content and actions that matter most should remain easy to discover.

Three mobile checks

  1. Read the page on a real phone. Look for text that feels too small, lines that are too long, or sections that are difficult to scan.
  2. Test the main actions with your thumb. Make buttons and links comfortable to tap.
  3. Check important tasks. Can someone find your contact details, understand your service, or complete the main action without unnecessary zooming or scrolling?

A good website experience should adapt to the visitor—not ask the visitor to work around the layout.
