INSIGHT 09

ANSWER QUESTIONS BEFORE THEY'RE ASKED.

Potential customers often arrive with practical questions. Is this service right for my business? What does the process involve? What information will I need? How do I get started?

The insight

A helpful website anticipates the questions that naturally arise during a decision. It does not need to explain everything on every page, but it should make important answers easy to find. Clear service information, a straightforward process explanation, relevant FAQs, and accessible contact options can help visitors decide what to do next.

Three content checks

  1. List the questions customers regularly ask before making an enquiry.
  2. Answer the most relevant questions on the page where visitors are likely to need them.
  3. Explain the next step and what a person can reasonably expect after taking it.

Useful information does not pressure someone to choose you. It helps them make a more informed decision.
